Anna Bondar achieves ‘double triumph’ at the ECE LADIES HAMBURG OPEN
The great triumphant of the ECE Ladies Hamburg Open 2024 is Anna Bondar! The Hungarian won both the singles and doubles at the WTA 125s tournament in the traditional Rothenbaum tennis stadium in front of around 2,000 spectators. After her convincing 6:4, 6:2 victory over last year's winner Arantxa Rus in the final of the singles competition, she won the doubles alongside her partner Kimberley Zimmermann (Belgium) against Arantxa Rus (Netherlands) and the Serbian Nina Stojanovic 5:7, 6:3 and 11:9.

Jelena Ostapenko is the new queen of Linz! The top seeded world number twelve won the premiere of the WTA 500 tournament in Upper Austria in dominant style on Sunday. In the final of the two top seeds, the Latvian French Open winner from 2017 defeated Ekaterina Alexandrova 6:2, 6:3 in just 70 minutes at the Upper Austria Ladies Linz

New home for the Hamburg European Open: the women's tennis pros on the WTA Tour will be serving in Hamburg's Stadtpark in July 2024, making it the ideal place to prepare for the Olympic Games in Paris. The 8th Swiss Alps Classics will take place in Andermatt from 2 to 4 May 2024. The concert on Saturday, 4 May 2024 in the Andermatt Concert Hall with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra conducted by Emmanuel Tjeknavorian from Vienna and featuring Anastasia Kobekina on the cello. On Friday, 3 May 2024, the Norwegian violinist Eldbjørg Hemsing will perform with the string ensemble of the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra and the Norwegian pianist Håvard Gimse in the Andermatt Concert Hall.
